It is with both honor and pleasure that we announce that on Saturday, November 15th, The Harlem Cultural Archives will be hosting its 1st Annual Legacy Award Luncheon, saluting the incomparable David Dinkins, for a lifetime of meritorious service to both the local and world communities.The luncheon will take place at the Columbia University Faculty Club at 168th between Broadway and Fort Washington.
